No. Our exercises consist of simple movements that you can perform anytime and anywhere, regardless of your fitness level. Nevertheless, we work on and with your brain through these movements. So, while the exercises might challenge you, it's important to stay engaged. Once you've developed a routine, the exercises will become even easier (as they already are)!
