A reference movement is nothing more than a re-test. We assess your mobility before and after a neuro exercise using the reference movement to determine if there has been any improvement. This provides insights for both you and us regarding whether the assigned neuro exercise is beneficial for you.
- A positive re-test means that you have progressed after the neuro exercise and it feels easier; this indicates a positive effect on your nervous system, and you should include it in your daily training program.
- A neutral re-test means that you did not notice any difference; the exercise has no effect on your nervous system, and you should not add it to your daily training program as it brings you no benefit.
- A negative re-test means that you have regressed after the neuro exercise and it feels harder; the assigned neuro exercise is not suitable for you and should not be performed.
