Anti-saccades are a great tool to train frontal and prefrontal parts of the brain through inhibition. When presented with a visual cue the client/patient is required to supress the first initial reaction. This task drives heavy activation to frontal parts of our brain. It works similarly to a stroop task. You can switch between stroop and anti-saccades if one gets too boring if your goal is to train inhibition.
