Saccades are rapid eye movements that move our eyes to a target of interest. Saccades are highly complex and incorporate different parts of our brain. A simplistic view on saccades let us conclude that the left frontal lobe and right cerebellum is active during rightward saccades and the opposite is true for leftward saccades. Vertical saccades are more of a midbrain stimulus.
The Saccade-Tool lets you build an exercise regime that forces your client to move his/her eyes in a certain direction with the goal of a specific brain activation pattern in mind. If you are unsure about using saccades as an intervention ask us about educational courses. Write us a mail at help@heyvie.io
