Tone Generator

The Tone Generator in the neurally app allows you to create and play various sounds. You can adjust the volume, shift the balance left or right in multiple increments, and select frequencies ranging from 0 to 6000 Hz. Additionally, you can utilize the metronome to produce a rhythmic tone of different lengths. Many users respond better to a pulsed tone than to a continuous sound.

The Tone Generator is designed to be used togehter with bone conduction headphones. This method stimulates the balance organs on the same side as the sound, making it particularly useful for individuals with known deficits in their balance system.

Recommended Frequencies:

1. Start at 100 Hz: In doubt begin without a left or right balance. If you know of side-to-side differences, start with the weak side.

2. If 100 Hz yields no results, try the same process with 400 Hz.
