There are different "levels of success." Usually, you can tell immediately after an exercise whether it benefits you or not. If so, that's already a first success, isn't it? The significant successes appear depending on how frequently you practice. If you follow our optimal guidelines (3 exercises of 3 minutes up to 3 times a day), you can expect to see initial results within a few weeks. We recommend: patience! Every person and every brain is unique. While some may notice a difference after a week (such as a reduction in migraines or less pain), others may take longer to observe effects.
