SMOOTH PURSUIT EYE MOVEMENTS

Smooth pursuit eye movements to the left are broadly processed by the left hemisphere of the brain, while rightward movements engage the right hemisphere. These eye-tracking movements can be used to train the brain unilaterally, targeting and addressing potential imbalances. If a user's profile indicates that one hemisphere may need additional stimulation, specific eye movement exercises can help activate and strengthen that side of the brain.
